Jeff Bucher is a highly successful entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience as a business owner and community leader. He currently serves as branch manager at Infincom, a branch of Caltronics, and is responsible for business development and for growing Infincom’s presence in the Arizona marketplace.

A true entrepreneur and business strategist, Bucher launched Infincom from his garage and quickly grew the business, with first year-sales revenues exceeding $5 million. Under his leadership, Infincom was twice named to Inc. 5000, which lists the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States, was listed as a Top 100 Arizona Best Companies in 2012, and was named one of the Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. Bucher and his team became known for maintaining the highest level of service standards with manufacturers, and received multiple high-level achievement service awards year after year from Toshiba Promaster, and Konica Minolta ProTech.

Throughout his career, Bucher has excelled in all the sales and leadership positions he has held and thrives on learning, networking with other professionals, and developing businesses and partnerships. In his role at CB Document Solutions, he grew the business from $8 million to $22 million.

As a community leader, Bucher has held several seats, including president, on Arizona Business Leaders (AzBL) board of directors. For several years, he also has served as an Honorary Commander for Fighter Country Foundation, which supports the men, women, families, and mission of Luke Airforce Base by building long-term, positive relationships between the Luke AFB community and the Valley of the Sun.
