Ryder has started several business lines in her career, most notably launching Thrive Real Estate and Thrive Development Groups. In her role at Thrive, Ryder’s responsibilities include leading teams of brokerage and development professional who are dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience.
Her career in the thrift industry spans more than 25 years and she has led her team to expand the Goodwill real estate portfolio to more than 100 locations.
Ryder’s expertise in thrift real estate has made her a well-known resource in the industry. She frequently hosts webinars and participates on panels at events. She analyzes demographics for long-term planning, makes strategic financial decisions, and implements plans quickly and efficiently. Ryder is a steadfast leader who creates and guides high-achieving teams while optimizing internal operations. She holds an active Real Estate Salesperson License with the Arizona Department of Real Estate, was the past State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has been an active member for more than 15 years.
